A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates and guides individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. As more awareness is given to preventative care and being proactive about our own health, obtaining support from a Health Coach is seen as a vital aspect of creating healthy lifestyle changes for overall well-being and longevity. Let's face it, change is a tough thing to do alone. So, I'd love to help you!

My purpose is to assist you with reaching your goals in whatever you choose, in order to feel your best and have optimal health. This can include weight management, having increased energy, healthy recipes & cooking, understanding food labels, reducing stress, meal planning, goal-setting and providing guidance in overall healthy choices in order to optimize the opportunity for a fulfilling and balanced life the way you envision it. It's up to you!

Program Options
Program Options
A program consists of a minimum of 4 sessions. There can be more if you prefer, with an option to renew after your program is completed. There are 2 sessions per month (1 every 2 weeks) to assist with making positive change in your life. Each session lasts 45 minutes and can be conducted via phone or in-person (depending on the location). You have the choice to decide what works best for you. So, there's definitely flexibility.

My invitation for a free initial health consultation provides an opportunity for my undivided attention to support you to look and feel your best!
This 30 minute complimentary session can be done in-person or by phone and allows you to:
•Identify your health goals and what you’ve always imagined for your life.
•Figure out what you truly want to accomplish long-term for yourself.
•Understand how you may be getting in your own way of reaching these goals.
•Learn how to have my support to reach your goals by participating in my health coaching program. A "health history" document is emailed for you to complete and I keep all information confidential.
This session could very well be a turning point in your life!
